Location and Access

Moon Lake is located in Monroe, Louisiana in Ouachita Parish. The area is situated six and a half miles from Sterlington and near Northpark Village. The major city of Shreveport is around two hours away for a quick day trip.

The Monroe Regional Airport and the St. Francis Medical Center are both around 10 miles away, perfect for easy travel and medical care access.

In the northern part of the lake is The Slip Away Marina, and on the southeast portion is the recreational area that visitors can enjoy outdoor opportunities. Visitors also have access to Joey’s Moon Lake Marina and Joey’s Moon Lake RV Resort.
